Rules and Regulations:

To qualify: a) you must answer all questions on the applicable form; accurately complete all required fields; b) the address, phone, email and contact fields must contain your employment address as well as your contact information at your place of employment; c) you must make or influence the decision to purchase, rent or least information technology products and/or services. Entry options: a) update existing content by clicking on the link provided to you in the email announcing this program or b) complete the Preferences Form at http://bit.ly/s3AwLS and the Contact Information Form at http://bit.ly/trLOFN. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each quarterly offer expires at 5:01pm (Eastern Time) on the last calendar day of each quarter. You may update your contact information or preferences whenever necessary but only one entry per person per quarter will be entered into the quarterly drawing. All submissions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (eastern time) on the last day of each Calendar Year Quarter. Calendar Year Quarters consist of the 3-months and end on the day specified below:

Quarter 1: Ends March 31

Quarter 2: Ends June 30

Quarter 3: Ends September 30

Quarter 4: Ends December 31

Drawing(s): Once per calendar quarter, within 5 business days of each quarter’s end, one winner will be randomly selected from all qualified entries. Winner will be notified by email. Winner will receive a $300 Home Depot gift card for the first quarter giveaway. The Winner(s) for the following quarters will receive a $100 Visa or MasterCard Gift Card (herein after referred to as the Prize). Neither Home Depot, Visa or MasterCard are affiliated the promotion in any way. Continental Resources, Inc. (ConRes) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. Winner will be notified by email. Winner is solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities resulting from receipt of Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value for purposes of transfer. The drawing prize must be claimed within 10 business days of the date that ConRes sends the notification email to the winner. Failure to claim the drawing prize within this period constitutes forfeiture of the drawing prize.

The drawing is void wherever prohibited by any law, statute, enactment, or ordinance of any state, municipality, city, town, county or political subdivision. If the prize winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. ConRes, its representatives, agencies, and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from this drawing or the use of the drawing prize. ConRes, its representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in prize delivery.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, ConRes may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. ConRes reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, ConRes reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Subject to the restrictions stated in these rules, the drawing is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia). ConRes is not responsible for and will provide no warranties regarding the use of the prize. The decisions by ConRes as to the drawing prize winner are final. All entries become the property of ConRes once submitted. ConRes reserves the right to alter, amend or change these rules and regulations without prior notice. The decisions of ConRes in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of ConRes and the official rules.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Giveaway Entities’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Giveaway Entities be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Employees, contractors, representatives, agencies and vendors of ConRes, related sponsors, computer resellers/Value Address Resellers/distributors/Value Added distributors/dealers and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, stepchildren, grand children, and pets.
